Welcome to Vaera Living. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, browsing our store, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

2. Products

Vaera Living offers premium made-to-order wall art, including framed prints and canvas prints.

Every artwork is produced after your order has been placed. Because each item is individually made, slight variations in texture, finish, color, or framing may occur and are considered normal.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and printing materials.

Room mockups are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact scale of the artwork in your space.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

Orders are accepted only after successful payment and confirmation by Vaera Living.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Pricing or typographical errors
Product availability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment authorization issues
Any other reason at our sole discretion

4. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Vaera Living are made to order.

Production begins shortly after an order is confirmed. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once production has started.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including artwork selection, size, frame option, shipping address, and contact information, are correct before completing the purchase.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, the price paid at checkout will remain applicable.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

6. Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment partners available during checkout.

Orders will only enter production after payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because every product is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email us with:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened and clearly displaying the damage

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without the required evidence may not be eligible for a replacement.

Once your claim has been verified and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only if:

We are unable to fulfill your order, or
We are unable to provide an approved replacement.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product images, graphics, logos, branding, website content, designs, text, and other materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Vaera Living or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software or viruses.
Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

Our website may use or link to third-party services including Shopify, payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics services, and other technology partners.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Vaera Living shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, power outages, or courier delays.
